Merchant Processing
This service provides approved merchants with the ability to accept credit
cards, debit cards and purchase cards (displaying the Visa® and
MasterCard® logos). Our merchant processing provides state of the
art capabilities for acceptance of Visa, MasterCard, American Express®,
Discover® and Diners Club®.
Dollar Bank offers processing options for electronic transactions. Electronic
processing is generally best suited for merchants processing a consistent daily
volume of credit or debit sales. A swipe of the card through the terminal or
key entering the information will automatically obtain the necessary
authorization as well as process the sale automatically. In most cases, the
funds will be available the next business day.
Electronic processing also provides the merchant with 24 hour customer service.
This assistance includes answering questions ranging from consumer card
inquiries, transaction entries, balancing issues and equipment assistance.
