Positive Pay
An excellent way to prevent or minimize check fraud is to review your company's
checks presented for payment against your company's checks issued register.
This service is offered prior to payment so that you have the opportunity to
make the pay/no pay decision. Dollar Bank offers a reverse positive pay service
through our online cash management system called CashAnalyzer®.
Checks presented for payment are available online for review, either data or
image, on a daily basis. The company matches the items to its list of checks
issued and notifies the bank of any items it wishes to have returned.
